SHAC@Hyde was formed to campaign for a better deal for those dwelling in its homes. It now has its own Steering Group of tenants and residents to direct engagement and broader campaigning.

Section 20 Notice Relating to Fire Safety – June 2022

Hyde has issued a Section 20 Notice to residents as they intend to re-tender for a suite of fire safety works. In collaboration with residents, we have set out a template response in case members would find it helpful.

Service Charge Abuse

SHAC@Hyde has launched a petition demanding that the board and executive end the service charge abuse – please support the campaign by signing the petition.
