  1. I am a tenant at an independent living scheme, landlord is Southern Housing Group. From April 2025 our Service Charge increased by 90% and the senior management have refused to even reply or acknowledge the letters we have written to them requesting detailed breakdown of how they came to this amount. They have neglected this place for years and still do.
